HR Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new employees.

· Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts.

· Support the performance appraisal process and help manage employee development initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

· Support payroll administration and benefits management.

· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

· Help manage disciplinary actions and employee exit processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR role, preferably in a similar position.

· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
