Position Overview: As an Outdoor Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software for all our products.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide solutions.
· Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
· Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure maximum efficiency.
· Provide training and support clients on technical systems and tools.
· Participate in the development and implementation of new technology initiatives and upgrades.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in a technical support or specialist role, with strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Valid Driving License.
